Green Valley Recycling has prevented millions of pounds of clothing from entering the landfills and allowed the clothing to find purpose again. 

In 2001, Green Valley Recycling partnered with the Open Door Mission, a Houston homeless shelter.  All of the clothing, shoes and toys we receive in our conveniently located recycle bins provides financial benefits to the Open Door Mission.  Since 1954, the Open Door Mission has been serving as a faith based recovery and rehabilitation shelter.  Their focus is on transforming the lives of the addicted, destitute, homeless and disabled.  Our focus is on the collection of clothing, thus providing financial assistance to the vast programs offered by the Open Door Mission. 

Your closet is full?  Your kids have outgrown their clothing?  You have lost so much weight that your old pants don't fit any longer....for whatever reason, you just want the clothing gone!  WE UNDERSTAND and WE'RE HERE TO HELP. 

We offer various options for the recovery of unwanted clothing and shoes. 

1. We have over 80 Clothing Recycling Bins located throughout the Houston metro area. 

2.  We do Home Pickups for your unwanted bags of clothing and shoes.

3.  We can assist your school, team or church by organizing a Clothing Drive Fundraiser.
